Chicago definately ended up with the better QB in the trade.

When talking about Chicago QBs, how come no one mentions Jim McMahon?

I can tell you Chicago has gone ga-ga, snapping up #6 jerseys (top seller in the NFL at the moment) and having expectations that are way premature IMO. You have to understand the Bears have almost no history of top flight quarterbacks. I thought it was funny that Al Michaels compared him to Sid Luckman, a comparison I have heard previously around here. Sid Luckman played in the 1930s. For half a season Rex Grossman looked like he might be the one but then he morphed into Bad Rex.
