I watched most of the Viking/Texans game tonight.
Have to admit, Favre looked rather effective (with a running back like Peterson, it's hard NOT to look effective)
But in the 3rd quarter, Favre did something rather vicious (and stupid) - the Vikings lined up in the Wildcat formation, and Mr. Favre threw one of the most flagrant chop blocks I've seen in a long time. I don't believe the defensive player got hurt - but I'm sure that many guys on defense are now going to be gunning for Favre.
This season, the Vikings have to play some very aggressive defenses...Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Giants....so we'll see if those teams try to hammer Favre.
