There are a number of extensions that are supported beside FPT, but they depend on the extension of the table file. You can use any of the VFP extensions (MNX/MNT, FRX/FRT, etc.). Depending on the law in your country you might be able to modify one of the rarer used extensions inside the VFP runtime if you absolutely have to use a different extension.
