I use BeyondCompare. To be able to compare VFP files with a number of tools (CVS, BeyondCompare, SourceOffSite), I wrote FoxDiff, a command line wrapper around SCCTEXT that you can specify as the conversion tool in BeyondCompare (http://www.foxpert.com/download/FoxDiff.zip)
