I would recommend a combination of two tools that I use regularly in combination:

SCCTEXT from VFPx ... http://codeplex.com/vfpx

and Beyond Compare 3.

The very nice things about SCCTEXT is that it can be used to compare forms and classes ... as you may know, the order of properties and methods can get scrambled in an SCX or VCX, and this version of SCCTEXT resolves that issue by alphabetizing them first. Failure to do this can cause other comparison tools to report significant "differences" where the only difference is the order that the items appear in.
