Somebody reported a very similiar problem with a 5.0 button in which, indeed, if SetFocus was used in the Init of the form, the button borders got goofy and stayed that way. Try testing the conditions under which that behaviour occurs --- my testing indicates that it can sometimes be avoided by "workaround" coding....
