Just curious, assuming the incident got entered first into a CAD system (before it was cleared and a report entered into RMS), was it a self-init event generated by one of the officers or was it entered into the system (for dispatch) by a dispatcher? I ask because of the video. Was the event generated based on the video by someone watching the cameras and then units dispatched, the officers respond and then file their reports via the PDA into the RMS system? Did the officers clear the event (in CAD) remotely using the PDA as well or via a system in their mobile unit? I'm curious how the flow works when the incident is entered due to live-cameras.
