It's funny how conversations that involve different views get perceived online. In real life, friends seldom hold the same views on everything. Discussions can even get heated when they involve issues they are passionate about. However, in real life that is all okay. Everyone walks away still friends and ready for the next 'discussion.' :o)

Andy and I are very good friends with a couple, both of whom voted for Obama because all they did was watch the commercials and the sound bites - never educated themselves on the issues. Every time we are golfing together, I ask them "So, are you happy with what you got?" Unsurprisingly, the answer is a resounding "No" - so I get to say "I told you so!" <vbg>
