One problem I noticed with the recently released Opera 10 (used with the Universal Thread site) is that sometimes, but not always, when I click on the button to get new messages, I see the same list of messages over and over again. It looks as if this is due to an overly aggressive optimization by Opera - and I suspect there is nothing that can be done about this on the server side. My previous experience was that a URL that includes a question mark will never be fetched from cache, but Opera version 10 doesn't seem to work this way.
Pressing F5 solves the problem in this case.
