As Tore mentioned, some browsers don't work correctly with one site, others don't work with other sites.
I use Opera most of the time, but I keep FireFox handy, for sites that, for some reason, are incompatible with Opera.
The other one, the browser-that-must-not-be-named, I hardly ever use; if I do use it, it is mainly when designing some simple Web pages, and I want to see whether they display correctly.
