Your refer to you daughter never having to get into that sort of thing because of your efforts (laudable, we all want the best for our children) but wouldn't it be better to live in a supportive society where everyone is pulling together to ensure the best rather than your preferred devil take the hindmost society.

Once again, "who" is society? It includes a certain percentage of morons, idiots, and others for whom I am not responsible. (Without getting off the subject, this is why I reject Christianity - I don't believe in the sacrifice of the ideal to the non-ideal).

My wife and I are responsible for our family/extended family - anything happens, WE are solely accountable...just like when other parents screw up, THEY are accountable and not myself.

On your other reply....funny, I know a few rather "liberal" Brits who partake of the adult ballet when they travel to NYC - I guess they didn't get your memo. I'll be glad to send you their names (since they live a bit closer to your doorstep than I do) and you can express your moral outrage to them. <s>
