That was the order of things but I don't think that was why. It was sitting out ready to go to the P.O. with your address on a Post It on top of it. For some reason I picked it up, looked further ahead in the book, and decided there are things I can learn from it. If it had been for you I probably would have gone ahead and sent it but don't feel like an Indian giver when it was for an acquaintance of yours.
