>Hmmmmmm. I could go along with your first statement if it didn't concern the campaign promises he made in order to get elected. People voted for him because they agreed with his campaign promises.

>Now, the cap and trade needs to DIE. he economic stimulus would be worth the cost IF it focused more on small businesses and not government work. Healthcare is always worth the cost (in my opinion) except when our government is in a position to actually go bankrupt and be taken over by those who hold the debt. It is now a national security issue. Those countries have been making warning sounds like crazy and everyone is ignoring it.

Obama inherited debts. I don't remember anybody making fuss about it 2006-2007.
Debt was part of your monthly budget ever since Cold War times, so let alone Obama; I wld not blame even Bush for it {g}
This is what have to change.

As for 'noises' ; At this point it is mostly laughter (Gaitner talking about strenght of the dollar - to Chineese! {g})
They are 'rising concearns' (eyebroows) but that is about it. What is happening (noise free) is that China is on a shopping spree world wide. (In other words; getting rid of its dollars.). Russia has been doing it (bying assets) for years already.
On the long run, it means US will be loosing slowly economic supremacy. That will for sure worry some people there.
Perhaps that is why nobody cares about environmental issues. (Cap & Trade / Kyoto)
Who cares about clean planet, if I am not going to rule over it !!! {g} :))
