It is not for IBAN at all actually.
However talking about creating IBANs. (Joking)

I thought of one effective way to test this thingie;

Create 10 valid IBANs, transfer 100 euro to each and every of them, and then
wait to receve letter saying ;

Thank You
(You ________ )


Moment you receive first letter, you know IBAN generator worked OK :)))

Just kidding of course.
