I don't understand why some phones are on the list twice - once with a rating and once with NA. The Blackberry Curve 8830 is an example (not the phone I carry). There are others too.

The FAQ also doesn't explain the significance of the ratings other than the fact that lower is better. I wonder if there is a sort of threshold that matters.
