That's one thing I forgot - you're right. It's TabStop=.f.
There's more: while you're editing the form, press Tab. You moved focus to PEM window. Now keep tabbing and backtabbing. How do you set focus back to the editing window? Only via ctrl+F1. Click on an object in the designer. Move arrows - the object nudges, fine. Press control-arrow. All of a sudden, you've changed a property value in the PEM window.
It's hell of consistent... in forcing you to use a mouse :)
