ACORN's previous crimes, for which they'd been caught, had been repeatedly registering dead, imaginary and incarcerated names on voter rolls. Tax fraud is not new to the organization, it's just recently been exposed. Be it voter, tax or insurance, fraud is the name of ACORN's game.
