I can step thru the code, but if I put the cursor over a variable or field name in the code,

That shouldn't happen. As long as the debugger shows the current line (that is, you haven't switched to a different procedure in the calling stack) you should be able to see the contents of the variable.

Still can't seem to get it going. I think the problem has to do with how the debugger comes up. it's coming up behind the app and really i can't do much in any of the windows in the debugger.

I can step thru the code.
But, for instance, in the watch window, i can't type in it.
It looks like i can, but I can't.
It's almost like its not fully activated, or something..

Any ideas?
