In a lot of places this battle is already over. Look at the percentage of women accepted to college, in law school, in med school. My younger daughter is a junior in high school and she has already been recruited for months.
The pay disparity persists but is shrinking. It will disappear IMO. There is not a non-manual line of work women don't do as well or better than men.
