>Here's a prediction for you: if your position about Hitler/Obama gets media attention in Europe, millions of people will be appalled at what they will see as ignorance and malice exhibited by a subset of the American people. And many of your own countrypeople who do travel outside US borders will be embarrassed and ashamed of you.

>Here's a piece of history for you - if the U.S. simply followed Europe's "lead" (and I use that term with scoff and contempt), Europe would be S.O.L. The U.S. saved Europe from sheer totalitarian rule...twice. (And arguably a third time). If you/they don't feel a debt of gratitude, fine....but this notion of "superiority" in reaction to the U.S. calling Obama for what he really is....is not just flawed, but corrupt.

>The only ignorance I see here, is your complete lack of understanding (or acknowledgement) how of a country's political philosophy determines its history. There is no value in continuing a dialog with you on this topic - I've said what needs to be said. Enjoy your parthian shot.
The US also chose to fight the Nazis because they realised that a Nazi victory in Europe would leave them dangerously isolated. Intelligent foresight to fight a devastating war in someone elses country rather than a few years later in your own.
