I think Christof's reply deals with the "DOS" window that shows up. As far as the rest goes you may have some major rewriting to do because Windows does not allow the same low level access to I/O ports and memory that you have in DOS. Have you contacted the manufacturer of the card you are trying to talk to and see if they have a set of DLLs for Win32?
