Here it is not allowed to offend or insult the royal family. It is less strict for offending or insulting our politicians. That doesn't mean that everything can be said. E.g. if the victim thinks the offense increases the chance that someone might try to kill him/her, there is a chance that the judge will agree and will punish the offender.
