All true, however, it was also partially due to America's supplies that Great Britain was able to continue standing up to Hitler. If we had not supplied the UK prior to our participation, then they might not have stood up to Hilter until our troops could join in. So, while nothing compares to the effort or heroism or sacrifices of the UK over the duration of the war, it was an allied effort even before our troops joined in.
