I just spoke with another developer and he is 99% sure we never used SSRS for any other reports, so it is probably safe to delete and re-create encryption keys.
But I think I need some general recommendations if SSRS fit well our requirements.
I know Tracy did some evaluations before (and I just reviewed her e-mail again).
