I've even uninstalled/re-installed MM completely and it still remembers the values I dinked in there. I've searched the registry and they aren't in there either.

The BLG config settings are stored in this folder:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE

If you delete this file (or rename it) the BLG will automatically create a new file with default settings for you.
