The SDT license doesn't allow you to include the Database Explorer with your app; you're only allowed to include the class libraries (SDT.VCX and DBCXMGR.VCX) that provide the runtime functions of SDT. If you want your client to use the Database Explorer, they'll have to buy their own copy of SDT (or you can buy one and sell it to them).

The question, though, is why would you want to do this? The Database Explorer is really a developer tool, not an end-user tool; they could do some serious damage using it if they didn't know what they were doing.
