We are looking at moving to SCRUM and possible CMMI at the same time. I've read many articles saying going with both seems to be a win/win. We are scheduled to get training in both but once it comes time to implement them we are looking for a consultant to come in and help us with choices we need to make.

The real question is how to people hire/find consultants? I've seen job posting for consultant programmers to come in and do a project but never seen one for helping people making switches to different development cycle. I don't know how big a pool of people are out there that have both CMMI and SCRUM together or is it one of those things we just need to do on our own and do by trial and error?
