Well, Denis Chasse here on the UT was right....we have huge racism issues here in the United States.

And the latest culprit is, guess who, the NAACP.

The NAACP (and others) are pushing B.S., without a shred of evidence, that Representative Joe Wilson's "you lie" comment was racially motivated. And of course, the media is more than happy to run with this story (hopefully our own J.R. will have a theory on why such a ridiculous story has received journalistic "status").

It's just amazing how the NAACP has this knee-jerk reaction every time a caucasian person makes a strong attack (right or wrong) against an african-american. THIS is why the media largely gives Herr Barack Hussein Obama a free pass- they're scared to death to be called racist.


I don't have a problem with what Wilson said - Obama IS a liar. Even the moderate portion of the Democratic party questions Obama's credibility. It was dumb, very dumb, for Wilson to choose his timing for saying it - and he has apologized - and that should be the end of it.

If the NAACP had any credibility, they'd jump on Kanye West for interrupting Taylor Swift. <s>

My own two cents...I don't care if Obama is white, black, somewhere in between....the man is a liar. In just 2.5 short years, he's shown to be less credible than the Clintons (and that's not an easy feat).
