Yes, they don't grow in nature :).

I wear them from April till October. Not Dutch, though, brought them from home. Leather top, good wood sole. Can't be found in the US, except online - but with my high arc they aren't something I'd by without trying them on, knowing that most of the footwear is designed for lower arcs.
