When you submit the fax you get back a job id that you can use to query the status. MSDN has a lot of VB samples that use the same COM interface that you can use in VFP: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms693466%28VS.85%29.aspx. They should be easy to translate, but let us know if you encounter a problem.
