You can offload to a server. You will need a license for that copy of Word. But...running Word on a server this way is not supported and not recommended by Microsoft. You need to absolutely bullet proof everything because Word will display errors/dialogs on the server if there are problems.
As an option, you may want to look at purchasing a third party library that will generate Word docs.
