Look closer - it says

1.Open the SccProvider.sln solution.

The default location for this is <drive>:\Program Files\Visual Studio 2005 SDK\<build number>\VisualStudioIntegration\Samples\SourceControl\CSharp\Example.SccProvider.

If you have the sdk installed - it's on your disk
