Hey Kevin, My bother in law had a valve replaced a few years ago and he'd doing great. Most, if not all of these procedures are done through a small opening now. It has become quite routine/perfected by doctors. I was wondering if you could speak with others in your family who had this done? They might be able to help you get rid of, or control the trepidation.
