Well - trial #4 for Junior Gotti has started.

What a joke - the judge has announced that seven jurors had made a last-minute appeal to be dismissed. The reasons were not immediately disclosed. (Duhhh...I wonder what the "reasons" could be?" - perhaps "I dont wanna swim with the fishes"??) They were sworn in anyway.

Ok so now they got 7 jurors begging not to be part of this (no real shocker there) yet forced to be on the jury anyway (aka - stupid). It's obvious why the prosecutors were judge / jury shopping when they tried to get this trial to happen in Florida this time....but cooome on - Geee - what you think the odds of a conviction THIS time are? Might as well declare a mistrial now & send everyone home.
