Yes, it was. But with this new initiative, I just couldn't resist poking them about this again. I'd like to poke them with a red-hot piece of iron from the blacksmith's furnace for what they did to VFP, if you want my real opinion. <g>
>The whole topic of "should Microsoft open source the C/C++ VFP code or not" was discussed to death when the announcement came down that VFP was being retired. The Microsoft lawyers and executives declared "no" then. Rehashing the discussion again here will not change anything.
