My biggest pet peeves are TAs and database code in a WinForm/Webform.

Also, because I do so much in SSRS these days, I see a great deal of published material that claims you can't do certain things in stored procs, when in fact you can.

That should be my next Baker's Dozen...13 top things you find in published material that you should never do :)
