>I am looking for a way to populate a PDF form programatically from VFP. For example, I have a form supplied by the State that needs to be completed and the information already exists in a VFP app. I would like to have a button that will open a copy of the form, fill out the relevant information, and either automatically print or allow the user to print or save the completed form for submission.

Hi Steve

Take look at www.report-sculptor.com

It does not manipulate existing PDFs, but you can design complex multipage forms relatvely easy using foxpro standard forms.
Take look at examples provided there. One of them is actually (local) Tax form example.

PDF is supported as output option.
