Are you righthanded or lefthanded? Get a habit to reach for the booze with the weaker hand, and at the same time develop a stronger habit to slap that hand with the other.

Worked on me when I was making too many trips to the kitchen to get peanuts. I'd actually go to take something else, and the hand would just go by itself - and then so would the other.
