I guess you can run either as long as they are in 32-bit SysWoW64 directory

>>64-bit windows has 2 registries: 32-bit and 64-bit. It has 2 versions of Regedit as well. The 32-bit versions of the programs are in the %systemdrive%\Windows\SysWoW64\ directory. Do not forget to run it 'as admin'.
