Evidently this app has a problem with the Vista UAC setting in 64 bit version, and we had to turn that off to correct everything.
I just don't understand UAC well enough, so think I need to do some more homework. With UAC set on, does Vista complete ignore folders that an app requires (example: one that might be off the root folder).
