That sounds like the kind of thing Pat would ask for ;-( I got the impression she didn't grok VFP at all.

Still laughing re Monkeyboy....

>I'm not sure of the attedance for that event, maybe 1800. The largest FoxPro conference ever was Microsoft DevCon in 1992 in Phoenix, just after MS bought Fox Software. 2300 attendees, with Dave Fulton and Bill Gates there. It was my first FoxPro conference, and during that event I did a 20 minute demo one on one with Gates of a FoxPro DOS app I wrote for a police/fire dispatch system, and Brian Jones did the same before me with the JFAST app that was used in the Pentagon. Funny tid bid, I was up in a private reception area at the top of the Hilton hotel with some well known FoxPro folks (gurus) and Bill Gates went up there to meet them socially, and at one point I heard Pat Adams complain to Bill that FoxPro needed more work areas (based on the limit in FoxPro 2.0), and Bill replied "What's a work area?".

>>What amazes me about that 1996 date is that the attendance at the Advisor Foxpro Developer Conference in Phoenix back in 1995 was HUGE. It was a great event. I still have the t-shirt (it has two dogs (supposed to be foxes I'm sure) with red bandannas howling with the sun in the background)
