Despite the link, I'm not sure where you fall on this issue. I try to keep the case of my variables/field names consistent, but the readability of a program is much more affected by other issues and not case. NAtuRalLY there could be exceptions if someone was an idiot, but case consistency is very, very low on the list of what makes a program readable.
