I will never think of that Olympics without remembering first Sarah Hughes's stunning, beautiful, joyous performance to win the gold medal in figure skating. She was in fourth place going into the final skate and delivered a performance for the ages. Her age being 16. Scott Hamilton on TV: "Sarah Hughes just brought the house down." It's on YouTube, of course. (What isn't?)
