How do I make a user control that isn't square. I'd like something like the tabs found in OneNote or the VS code editor. Sort of a
rectangle with angled edges. I could paint it, but in OneNote or VS tabs clicking between the tabs has no effect, as if there is nothing
there.
How do I emulate this?
