Al's comments about noise in the 1 & 2 RU units is correct, I use the SC5XXX series for this same reason.
We have an IBM x306 1RU unit, man is it noisy, we have had to put it in the store room.

I have given up on HP & Dell, they are problematic, whereas Intel stuff just keeps going & going & going.
I recently retired an old Intel Box that was running Netware, it had only been offline during extended blackouts, maybe 5 times in 10 years.
