I'm working thru the tutorials on SSRS, using SQL Server 2008 and VS2008 IDE.

I can create a report and and add groups manually, but the group pane doesn't show the groups when I add them.
The tutorial says that I should be able to drag fields to the group pane and create a group. Nothing happens when I do that.
I have Groups checked on the report menu and the group pane appears, but it's inert.
Any ideas?
