Any idea where I can get SQL Server 2005 from - if I install 2008 then I need visual Studio 2008 and so it goes on

Sorry - I don't know. I have had an MSDN subscription for years, so I have access to software that is not the latest and greatest. I try not install any new releases of Microsoft tools. We generally wait until Service Pack 1 is released and even though this is the case for SQL Server 2008, we are waiting for Service Pack 2.

How is it that you can run your consulting business without an MSDN subscription. Just curious....
