(Note that the second choice you state is definitely incorrect. The apostrophe needs to be there somewhere, since it is a possessive).

Mike, please, have some style. When it comes to helping someone with grammar, you can't say "definitely" - it's almost mandatory that you make at least one mistake somewhere, and "definitely" is definAtely the most frequent stumbling spot. You should of made at least one somewhere, so the rest of us could keep this subthread alive :).
