have you checked to see that foxhelp.chm actually exists? If it does, does it come up when you doubleclick it?
If it does
not come up, you still don't have the HTML help viewer installed. This comes on the VS CD (I can't tell you where, I still only have the beta copy)
If it does come up, then you are still not pointing at the right help file in VFP.
