When logging in under IE8, I get a page that indicates there is some problem and gives a list of things to try. Nothing listed there has fixed the problem. It appeared the message never got posted. So I didn't want put in a big explanation only to find that Chrome - which I am now using while doing these posts - has the same problem. Fortunately it doesn't. I tried getting to the UT on my wife's computer (also IE8), but ran into the same problem. Never had this issue before, but it's odd that two machine suddenly get it. Is the culprit a M$ update or an antivirus update? (I use Norton Internet Security 2009.) Whatever it is, it's affecting FF in a similar fashion (I was able to log in, but then ran into the error while posting). Michel has offered some suggestions, but so far nothing works. Has anyone seen this? I can use Chrome for the UT, I guess, unless it starts being affected by whatever is causing the problem for IE8 and FF.

I experienced the very same thing and came to the same solution as you; use Chrome. See message #1421067.
